Resident Overview

Thank you for choosing to rent a property through us.  We have been leasing homes in the Hays, Kansas area for 5 years and have served over 300 residents.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality residential services.  Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home or apartment.  Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Saturday 9 – 5.  We are on call Sunday and evenings for emergencies.  If you have an after hours emergency call Mike @ (785) 656-3081.   If someone you know needs a home to rent, We have a large selection of homes and apartments both near campus, to accomodate the student population, and in the residential areas of Hays, to accomodate career-oriented adults and families.
